We are looking for trusted and coffee-loving people to join us in the  Sam café team. A person who is hospitable and takes respect, patience, and empathy seriously. Summary of Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the daily work of the cafe
  • Manage and lead the team and create interaction between staff and guests
  • Plan weekly and monthly work schedule of people
  • Maintain quality lists
  • Work closely with the kitchen, human resources, finance and support
  • Ensure proper use of equipment
  • Ensure that the cafe is clean and tidy
  • Report problems to support
  • Training employees in preparing drinks, preparing food and using coffee equipment properly
  • Coordinate with the kitchen department and support for ordering accessories if necessary (such as ready cups, coffee, milk and other materials)
  • Coordinating daily, weekly and monthly expenses and income with the Treasury
  • Participate in the process of adding new items to the menu based on the customer’s wishes
  • Develop friendly relationships with customers to increase our loyalty and credibility
  • Responding to the needs and concerns of individuals and developing positive relationships within the team
  • Find new, creative and effective methods using existing organizational tools
  • Strengthen individual and team success
Basic Qualifications
  • Work experience as a cafe manager
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to work as a member of a team while fulfilling individual responsibilities
  • Ability to identify priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to solve the problem in the best possible way
  • Ability to focus and work under pressure
  • Maintain composure and professional behaviour in dealing with guests and team members
  • Critical thinking and accepting constructive criticism
  • Attention to detail and point of view
  • Fluent in English
  • Related field of study
  • Ability to attend weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to manage and motivate the team
  • Time management skills
  • High social skills
  • Additional certification (for example, in business or hospitality management) is a plus
  • Practical experience with professional coffee machines or experience working as a barista is a plus
