Colombia Cauca coffee has caramel, red wine and spices flavor notes with a high acidity and creamy texture. Farmers in the Cauca region harvest ripe coffee beans by hand, which allows for more precise separation of ripe and unripe beans, increasing the desired sweetness of the coffee.

This full-bodied coffee is recommended for all brewing methods.
