It is time for shiraz

editSam Cafe may appear to be a collection of spaces and services, but it is a living community; one whose identity is shaped, in large part, through its relationship with the city and its connection to a network of local companions.

 

Over the past fourteen years, we have tried to make conscious choices. For us, every choice means selecting the best possible option available and accepting that any choice also entails letting avoid other possibilities. These conscious choices have shaped everything: from the quality of the cup and the details of the space to the quality of our relationships; from small gatherings to the growing city; and from meaningful collaborations to growth and a life accompanied by pleasure. Sam Cafe is not just a cafe; it is a dynamic, carefully designed experience, attuned to the spirit and atmosphere of the city.

 

For us, expansion does not simply mean extending our spaces beyond Tehran. Rather, it means developing, piece by piece, an interconnected ecosystem with all its components: from translating our visual identity into a new geography to preserving the quality of service and the guest experience. Shiraz is our choice for Sam Cafe’s first experience in a city outside Tehran: a large, modern and historic city, with a culture deeply rooted in hospitality and a growing scene in cafes, coffee and beverages.

 

Perhaps the most important reason for our presence in Shiraz, however, is our acquaintance and collaboration with Neshiman; a brand founded in Shiraz and one of Sam Cafe’s long-standing companions. With years of experience in furniture design and production, Neshiman has become one of Iran’s successful brands; a brand whose passion for creating beautiful, high-quality and original pieces has always been meaningful to us at Sam Cafe. Given the alignment of our goals, the common ground that has taken shape through years of collaboration, and the presence of this professional team in Shiraz, regardless of their specific field of expertise, we decided to expand this companionship and continue it in the form of a joint project.

 

Beginning our activity in Shiraz requires comprehensive setup and support, in line with Sam Cafe’s principles and policies. It is a process that involves every part of the organization, from human resource supply and support to public relations and marketing.

With the launch of the Shiraz space, we aim to carry the familiar and continuous experience of being a Sam Cafe into a new climate, a rich culture, and new aromas and flavors; to the city and people of Shiraz.
