This unique and experience-driven workshop will be a fresh perspective for coffee enthusiasts and professionals. In "The Magic of Brewing," focusing on modern and new coffee tools (Pulsar, Grecano, Tricolite, etc.), we will not only explore the theory behind the structure and applications of each tool but also brew practically to personally experience the taste differences and capabilities of each tool.
The session begins with a story about the evolution of coffee brewing, followed by an introduction to new tools and their differences. The main part of this workshop is a group and turn-based brewing session with each selected tool, during which you will learn key points (such as grind type, temperature, time, and ratio) and discuss the magic of extraction. After a sensory comparison, the session concludes with a Q&A.
The audience, without any prior experience, will become familiar with the correct brewing process and the selection of appropriate tools. The goal is to create an engaging space for learning, interaction, and discovery so that each participant enters the world of brewing devices with greater knowledge and confidence.
