We are looking for trusted and coffee-loving people to join us in the Sam cafe team. A person who is hospitable and takes respect, patience, and empathy seriously. Responsibilities
- Prepare salads and sandwiches, beverages and other menu products following all standards of instruction
- Follow health and safety instructions
- Working with coffee equipment
- Material and consumption management
- Cleanliness checklist report
- Full awareness of the menu
- Preparing inventory and ordering equipment
- Comply with all food safety and quality regulations
- Address the issues and problems of the guests and transfer them to the relevant office if necessary
- Direct interaction with colleagues and guests
- Professional behaviour in all interactions with guests and team members
- Monitoring the cleanliness and coordination with the cleaning department to solve the problem
- Keep the workplace clean, tidy and equipped
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to work as a member of a team while fulfilling individual responsibilities
- Ability to solve the problem in the best possible way
- Educable and progressive
- Maintain composure and professional behaviour in dealing with guests and team members
- Flexibility to work in different shifts
