We are looking for trusted and coffee-loving people to join us in the Sam cafe team. A person who is hospitable and takes respect, patience, and empathy seriously. Respect the values of the work and consider yourself a part of the team and its success. However, if you consider yourself a suitable person to accompany us, but you have not had the experience of working in a cafe, we are eager to teach and learn with you.
Responsibilities
- Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards)
- Provide a fast and friendly check out experience
- Reporting and accurate fund interviews daily
- Facilitate and eliminate the dissatisfaction and satisfy the guests
- Accompany the esteemed guests by listening, answering, and quickly solving their requests through the full knowledge of the cafe's products
- Write a daily report for management at the end of the work shift
- Transfer guests' opinions about their menu and orders to the branch manager
- Direct interaction with colleagues and guests
- Interact with external sending couriers
- Professional behaviour in all interactions with guests and team members
- Keep the workplace clean, tidy and equipped
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Ability to work as a member of a team while fulfilling individual responsibilities
- Ability to learn and work with accounting software
- Ability to understand the reactions and behaviours of guests
- Ability to solve the problem in the best possible way
- Maintain composure and professional response in dealing with guests and team members
- Flexibility to work in different shifts
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Critical thinking and accepting constructive criticism
- Attention to detail and point of view
- Basic math skills
- At least a high school diploma
- fluent in English
