The Assistant Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food items that meet customer expectations and Sam Café’s standards. This role requires strong knowledge of culinary techniques, accurate management of ingredients, and the ability to deliver dishes with exceptional taste and quality.

Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality menu items according to Sam Café standards
- Fully comply with food safety and hygiene principles
- Manage and monitor food preparation and cooking processes
- Maintain the freshness of ingredients through proper usage control and replacement
- Manage inventory and order ingredients to minimize waste
- Provide suggestions to improve guests’ experience regarding menu item quality
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience working in a kitchen environment
- Having professional culinary certifications is considered an advantage
