Responsibilities
- Record entry and exit times.
- Having interaction and team spirit with colleagues in daily activities and responsibility.
- Carrying out instructions related to personal and environmental cleaning and equipment.
- Perform checklists related to the activity and submit to the pastry manager.
- Proper use of equipment, devices based on instructions given.
- Ensure the health and standard of raw materials before consumption.
- Having interaction and team spirit with colleagues in daily activities and responsibility.
- Carrying out instructions related to personal and environmental cleaning and equipment.
- Perform checklists related to the activity and submit to the pastry manager.
- Proper use of equipment, devices based on instructions given.
- Ensure the health and standard of raw materials before consumption.
- Adherence to schedules based on specified priorities for activity on the production line.
- Prepare the products of your department according to the cooking instructions.
- Obtain quality approval from the pastry manager before packing the final products.
- Packing and sending the final products according to the request of the units according to the product packaging and shipping instructions.
- Arrangement of pastry showcases and customer response.
- Proper registration of the cashier and closing the cashier at the end of the shift and lodging with the supervisor.
- Accurate recording of daily production, sales, and waste.
- Record statistics and inventory at the end of tRespond to customers and guiding them.he shift.
