Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality menu items in line with Sam Café standards
  • Adhere strictly to food hygiene and safety regulations
  • Manage and supervise all cooking and food preparation processes
  • Apply creativity and innovation in developing and presenting new dishes
  • Train and guide team members to enhance overall team performance
  • Demonstrate mixology skills and creatively combine flavors
  • Maintain freshness of ingredients through careful usage and replacement
  • Manage inventory and ingredient orders to minimize waste
  • Offer creative solutions to improve the guest experience and item quality
