Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality menu items in line with Sam Café standards
- Adhere strictly to food hygiene and safety regulations
- Manage and supervise all cooking and food preparation processes
- Apply creativity and innovation in developing and presenting new dishes
- Train and guide team members to enhance overall team performance
- Demonstrate mixology skills and creatively combine flavors
- Maintain freshness of ingredients through careful usage and replacement
- Manage inventory and ingredient orders to minimize waste
- Offer creative solutions to improve the guest experience and item quality
