The Warehouse Supervisor at Sam Coffee Roasters is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations to ensure that raw materials, equipment, and café supplies are delivered efficiently, accurately, and on time. This key role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards in the dynamic café and restaurant industry.
Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing raw materials
- Monitor inventory, record and review daily stock levels, and conduct periodic stocktaking
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to manage inventory and ensure timely deliveries to branches
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards in storage
- Manage the warehouse team and supervise staff performance
- Prepare regular reports on inventory, material usage, and costs
- Continuously improve warehouse processes, minimize waste, and implement innovative solutions to increase efficiency
Qualifications
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain operations
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and related tools (e.g., Excel)
- Strong organizational and task-prioritization skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
Experiences
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management (preferably in the café and restaurant industry)
