Ethiopia Yirgacheffe is one of the most iconic African coffees, opening with a captivating aroma of jasmine, bergamot, and honeysuckle. The flavor reveals layers of lemon zest, peach, apricot, and passionfruit, balanced by honey-like and cane sugar sweetness.

It has a light to medium body, silky and tea-like in texture. The lively citrus acidity brings notes of lemon, lime, and sometimes tangerine. The finish is clean and lingering, leaving floral impressions with a hint of stone fruit.
